Description

The tool helps users to place/copy multiple legends to multiple sheets or align existing legends from one sheet to another.

In Revit >> THE BIM TOOLS | TBF Ribbon in GENERAL panel:

1. Entire Project:

​

  • Lists all legends available on the Project

  • If the user is on sheet view, It will prompt the user to place the legends in the current sheet (legends which are not placed on the current sheet) then it will copy the legend to the other sheets with the same position as selected on the other window.

2. Current sheet:

​

  • List all legends available on the Current sheet in your view.

  • Selecting this option means that the position of the legends is determined already in the current sheet in view then it will place/move legends to the sheets selected.

3. From sheet:

​

  • Lists all legends available on the selected sheet.

  • Much like the ‘Current Sheet’ option; this means that the position of the legends is determined already in the selected sheet in view then it will place/move legends to the sheets selected on the other table list

Note: option “Remove Other Legend In Sheet” will remove other legends in the selected sheets and keep the newly placed legends only.
